What does Workflow do with a job spec?
Upload the spec as a PDF, Word or text file, or paste it. You can also send a role straight from Paraform with the HireUp extension. HireUp pulls out the requirements, location and salary. You check and edit them, then approve the start.
Who goes in the audience?
Workflow searches your agency's own database for people who fit the brief, or takes a CSV you import. You can remove anyone before the campaign starts. People you already know are left out by default, so they hear from you directly.
What does the campaign look like?
Build with AI writes a two-email sequence from the spec. You edit it, and approve every step before it goes live in Campaigns.
What happens with people I already know?
Workflow matches the people in your warm network who fit the role and drafts a personal note for each. Emails send when you click Send. For LinkedIn, the HireUp extension opens each message ready to send, and you send it yourself.
Which plans include Workflow?
Professional and Scale, and the two-week trial. The Free and Essential plans don't include Workflow.

FAQ
Does Workflow send anything without my approval?
No. You approve every campaign step before the campaign goes live, and warm-network emails send only when you click Send. On LinkedIn, the HireUp extension opens each message and you send it yourself.
Where does the audience come from?
From your agency's own HireUp database, or from a CSV you import. People you already know are left out of the audience by default, because Workflow reaches them through your warm network instead.
Which job spec formats does Workflow accept?
PDF, Word (.doc or .docx) and plain-text files, or pasted text. You can also send a role from Paraform with the HireUp extension.
Which plans include Workflow?
