Our History
While struggling to find work and trying to stand out in the chaos that was the job market in October 2024, we asked ourselves, "shouldn't technology be part of the talent acquisition solution instead of part of the problem?"
The answer was to recruit a team experts who saw the problem the same way we did, and to start building a talent sourcing platform to solve it.
Our Mission
Talent sourcing, and especially tech recruitment, have become impossible to navigate with AI being used to game the system on both sides. The tools that we have are making things worse instead of better!
Our goal is to rebuild trust between recruiters and talent by designing and building a talent acquisition market where a candidate's ability to the job is the only thing that matters.
